I have purchased these battery holders in the past and they are great for what they are made for and to keep batteries organized This rugged device securely holds batteries together and prevents them from shorting out to each other and other metal objects in your pocket, purse, drawer or any other place where you might store your batteries. This thing is compact, durable, easy to use, and I think it was well designed and thought out. The only downside to using plastic devices is sub-zero temperatures, but then again if you're trying to store batteries in sub-zero temperatures for long periods of time in the winter from Maine to Idaho or so like your northern state in between (not like I found out) that flashlight (ha. kind of like humans) isn't going to help you or anyone else get left out in the rain.
