Suitable for painting but not lasering

This basswood wheel is true to size. Unfortunately, it had more defects (e.g. large knots) than we had hoped for, so it couldn't be used for laser processing with our Glowforge Pro. That said, it was still possible to use a painted finish that we could use with Chalk Couture decals to create a beautiful seasonal end product. I could see that these circles would lend themselves as table decorations on which to place items to hide imperfections.
