Bought a size 14 suit for my 5ft 3in son. The jacket fitted perfectly, but the pants were a little loose at the waist and an inch too long. He wore belted pants and I hemmed the pants myself. He didn't need a vest and didn't even try it on. The costume looked great. The pants were tight enough to look modern but not too tight. The material is very light, so definitely not a winter suit or for cold weather regions. But it is easy to iron and does not wrinkle.
