Great kit. A real challenge for a model builder. Received as a gift and my build was canceled due to a surgical emergency (nothing to do with the product!). When I recovered a few months later and picked up where I left off, I found that I had lost some important parts. I contacted support and offered to buy parts. They were sent free of charge.
