I got one for Christmas two years ago and I love it! It's a huge achievement when I have friends and people are amazed that I have it. It is in good condition and easy to assemble. The only downside is that you need two hands to avoid spilling. With one hand, hold the bottles so they don't turn over, and with the other, hold the mug and press it to your neck. At first we thought we could just slide the spout along with the mug to fill it, but that ended up tipping the whole thing. No big deal as it's great in every other way!
