UPDATE: Contacted seller Hyper Microsystems to request at least a replacement. They basically told me they didn't care about my broken Fitbit or my $130 (which they would like to keep). They covered themselves with an arbitrary 90-day return policy and refused to take responsibility for an expensive Fitbit that failed after 6 months. I don't think $130 for 6 months usage is acceptable, right? I strongly recommend not buying anything from Hyper Microsystems. ____________________________________________________________________________________ The connection to my computer is no longer established. The Fitbit app keeps telling me I don't have Bluetooth LE. I do. My computer works fine with several other Bluetooth LE devices. I can't see any data collected by the tracker and without pairing the watch loses the correct time (it is currently 12 days and 13 hours slower). Fitbit isn't the only game in town anymore; If you are considering purchasing one of their products, I would recommend that you check out some of the other brands of trackers first. If I wanted an ugly clock that didn't tell the right time, I could get one at any gas station for a few bucks.
