Great watch. I love the updated sleep tracker that provides information on deep, light, REM, and waking sleep. My Fitbit previously had a Charge HR and was having issues with syncing and counting non-walking movements as steps. Blaze has a more accurate tracker as well as a better ability to detect other activity. It syncs better and the battery life is about the same for me.

The only reason I bought a refurbished one is because I liked the original after this screen broke completely. The refurbished one I have now keeps the heart rate steady at 70bpm and has no problem texting, emailing and texting me even though I've followed the instructions. When I set heart rate detection to Auto. Doesn't recognize anything. The battery life is about 1.5 days.

UPDATE: Contacted seller Hyper Microsystems to request at least a replacement. They basically told me they didn't care about my broken Fitbit or my $130 (which they would like to keep). They covered themselves with an arbitrary 90-day return policy and refused to take responsibility for an expensive Fitbit that failed after 6 months. I don't think $130 for 6 months usage is acceptable, right? I strongly recommend not buying anything from Hyper Microsystems. ______________________________________…
