Relieve pain only if they stay in place which is impossible
It's impossible to keep the heel cups in place. As my son tries to push his foot in, the heel cups move. If there is a trick I should be using, someone please let me now. Otherwise, on the rare occasions they stay in place, they're comfy my son says.
- my grandson wears it in his soccer shoes. He loves it. will buy more later.
- May not prevent foot damage in high-impact activities like sports.
