No need to pay big bucks to the dealer to replace the cabin air filter. It's so easy to make and makes a world of difference when yours is messy. In the summer, the air flows faster and cooler, and I was surprised at how easy the replacement is. On my MDX you just open the glove box, remove the panel and remove the filter holder. Tools are not required. The new filter fitted perfectly and I now have a second filter to replace in the future. No complaints, the filter works well and is surprisingly easy to swap out. The dealer wanted almost $75 just for a filter change! I politely declined and installed this one instead, and I'm glad I did. This filter contains activated carbon for additional air filtration. I can't say if this filter is perfect for all Acura and Honda cars but it is perfect for my MDX. No complaints, very satisfied with the cabin filter.
