Style- 5 of 5Hardiness - 3 of 5.Easy to install - 2 of 5Came very late though, and had to delay my bath reno bc the date kept getting pushed back.Main issue was the install. The stopper and the plug, to sync them to work together was very difficult to figure out. It still isn't working as it should, but we gave up.Please, make better instructions!But I still love the look and came prettily packaged and I appreciate that!I would not recommend based on how long it took to install and still left a bit difficult to pull up the stopper.Due to the useage, the black scratched off in some places. But it's in spots that aren't as noticeable.Love the style and look of this item though and will keep it, but wouldn't buy it again.
