I wanted 2 poufs for extra seating in our living room without adding bulky furniture. You have far exceeded my expectations. They are VERY heavy and my 6'4" husband always sits on one of them. They can work well in place of a coffee table as you can also put a tray on top, as well as extra seating if you have guests, as well as a foot rest. It is also great if you have gamers who want to snuggle up to the TV but don't want an ugly gaming chair in your living room.They are portable for moving to other rooms or moving around the living room for a variety of seating needs , they are heavy fabric and neutral tones so should complement any decor, they appear to be heavy grain sacks or something but have heavy stitching They were perfect for my needs.
