Review on 🔥 FEL-PRO VS 50701 R Valve Cover Gasket Set: Unmatched Quality and Durability by Michael Luna

RTV is intended to be used to seal the valve cover. I'm not an RTV fan so I gave this a try instead. It works great! No leaks and it was easy to install. No RTV or glue is required for installation. It has multiple tabs to keep it attached to the engine. Clean both surfaces first, removing all old gasket material, then use a wire brush to give them a thorough clean. I used brake cleaner to ensure the surfaces are very clean. Just carefully place it around the cylinder head, replace the bushings on top, reuse the washers and tighten the two bolts evenly, torque each side evenly to 7ft/lbs. That was the easiest seal change I've ever done. Mainly due to the fact that there are only two screws. 😬
