Didn't quite buy it well, had a little trouble using it.

I needed a way to connect my laptop to a monitor without using an excess of cords, so I purchased this item.
Does not function.
The old USB Type-C cable, through which everything may be accessed and operated (the connections are "straight" and do not contain the "letter G").
