Greetings, I hope you are well. As the saying goes, looks can be deceiving, and in this case, this remote definitely deceived. My original remote, which looked identical to this one, started having problems with the volume buttons so I ordered the same one. When I got my new remote, it also had problems with the volume button. I contacted Revain for a replacement and the next one also had volume button issues. I pushed the button and it just went up or down once and hovered. Then I turned the TV off and on again and a few minutes later the same thing happened again. Also, I usually keep my volume at 7-10 and on this one I cranked it up to the low 30's and it only seemed to be set between 7-10. If someone is looking for an identical remote control, I'll definitely pay a little more and buy a Samsung, not a nameless one. While it looks great and looks just like the original, the functionality is different - that was the case with the two I bought anyway. Product Owner - Thanks for trying!
