So I use this for the litter box. I ordered in January this year. There were no real problems with him. If you use it or want to use it for the same purpose: it's not that hard to get the junk out of the pan. During normal inspection of the tray, it should not stick too much. However, I will say that my cat pee must be very strong because the odor will be absorbed into the rubber. When I cleaned it by rinsing, the black started to bleed and the pan turned blue. it bleeds every time i flush it out now. I removed the S start for the gradient and slight odor retention, but other than that it does what I need it to. I'm sure it's a good feeder too
