I literally can't say enough good things about this pot! This is such a lovely addition to my kitchenware collection which has proven to be extremely durable and versatile. I've been using this casserole dish for a few weeks now to cook many dishes for a large group and I can safely say that this is my new favorite casserole dish. The stone helps cook food evenly and the lid keeps everything warm, which is great because sometimes I need to finish cooking other side dishes. It is very easy to clean and I have received many compliments on the beautiful red color of the dishes. I highly recommend this product!
