I liked that PBA has an easy process for adding/removing users as well at customizing our virtual address book with personal photos or images of each staff member. So they can be easily identified when receiving correspondence from clients; however there is no way in which you are able delete your own account once it’s been created by mistake (ie mistakenly creating multiple accounts) nor was their customer service team willing /able enough take my concerns seriously despite numerous emails being sent over several weeks about this issue. Only after writing them directly did we finally receive any response! The support is so friendly! I love that they listen when you have questions or concerns about your account - even outside of business hours!! Having my own box gives me more control over how i communicate with clients as well; having it setup in such an easy manner made getting started very simple (and yes-it takes only ONE click for incoming emails too). Their reporting functionality could use some updates but its okay :) overall good service from privatebox team.
