Review on Foval Smart 12V 1000mA Automatic Trickle Battery Charger by Jamal Gignilliat

Got this to replace a cheap Harbor Freight charger I used 1 year before it was discontinued. In sales it was about 2x more so if it crosses the 2 year mark I'll be ahead. I put it on 3 batteries, a car standby, a motorcycle and a scooter. All loaded with zeal. The car took longer and didn't reach 13 volts, but it was close. The 2 smaller batteries came to 13 volts. I'm not a battery expert, but I've learned that if you charge them slowly, they last longer. I now took it off the batteries to see how long the charge would last. The car battery is designed for a quick start. I've found that storing and charging an old battery eliminates the need to buy an expensive car crate. My old battery was from the last time I got a new one and was in decent condition. If I don't turn it on, it costs me $10 to exchange, so for $10 I have a backup trigger to use with the jumper cables I already have. I will update if anything changes. For the price I'm satisfied. It's just that there are small headlights, and expensive ones with all the gauges will not help.
