As someone who shops online very frequently, I just made a purchase from Seasky for a few things to use in the kitchen and dining room. On the other hand, my interactions with their company have been nothing but a source of frustration. To begin, the quality of the things that were sent to me was below average. When I placed my order for cooking utensils, they appeared to be of high quality on the internet; but, when I received them, I found that they were of poor quality and broke after only a few uses. It turned out that the food storage containers were not airtight as they had been supposed to be, therefore my food went bad very quickly. It was a terrible waste of money to purchase the items, and I could have obtained stuff of a higher quality from a budget store instead. To make matters even worse, the customer assistance offered by Seasky was incredibly unhelpful. When I tried to contact them about the problems with my order, they were slow to answer and gave me responses that were generic and not very helpful. I made a request for a refund, however they did not comply with my request. In addition to this, the layout of their website is badly done, making it difficult to browse. It was difficult to locate the things that I desired, and the descriptions were imprecise and lacking in detail. My transaction took far longer to finish than it should have, and as a result, I wound up purchasing things that did not live up to my requirements.
