BIG annoying absolutely stupid bug
An example of a big mistake made up by a madman who needs to clean toilets. So, so typical. The ALL purpose, however, is to limit flex. However, the handle is held upright by a thin, tiny plastic protrusion that quickly broke. As a result, the handle falls off and one has to bend down to pick the handle up, defeating the entire purpose of the shovel. Actually send this designer to the toilet!
