I was looking for a model with a strong processor and a separate card (for CUDA). FreeDOS is already pre-installed on the laptop. Maybe because of the case's "looseness" or the strength of the plastic, the laptop survived the fall. Housing fastening with 7 screws: 3 from the operator side + 4 from the display side, on the sides on the latches. The person installing Linux is committed to: I installed Ubuntu Desktop 202222 and destroyed FreeDOS. By the way, while attempting to install while booting from a LiveUSB, a Nouveau driver problem pops up right away. The screen suspension is always operating at its highest brightness. I've tried different drivers, kernels, X.Org versions, and direct brightness file writing. Yet nothing happens. As a result, I suggest the algorithm below: Installing Ubuntu server 202222, demolishing the Nouveau driver; We put the kde-plasma graphic environment on top and the backlight works)) The NVIDIA driver installation is still required.
