Works as expected, now I have reverse lights on and no more error messages.
Easy Installation, No Instructions. A bolt and a nut. All you have to remember is to set the switch to neutral and make sure the vertical slot lines up with the reference line. Another option is to put your hand in place temporarily and spin back to the end of the spin and then two clicks back. It's neutral in progress. When resetting the derailleur stem, do so in the neutral position and everything will line up unless you adjust the end of the stem. Light.
