This product is poorly designed and definitely does not work as advertised

This product does not work as described. A 3.3V power supply was connected to the 3V power supply pin. A 5V power supply was connected to the 5V power supply pin. A common ground was connected to both ground pins. A 3.3V square wave at 3MHz was applied to the 3V input pin by a 3.3V microcontroller (ESP8266). The output pin was connected to the 5V SPI Clk input pin. The input and output contacts were monitored with an oscilloscope at a frequency of 1 GHz. The input was 3.3V peak-to-peak while the output was only 2.8V peak-to-peak. While it can drive a 5V SPI input under optimal conditions, the switching noise margin is greatly reduced. This product is poorly designed and definitely doesn't work as suggested. I would appreciate if the supplier could provide their own waveforms for this product and/or email me to resolve the issue. Input - lower yellow signal, output - upper purple signal.
