My neck hurt out of town. I used cousins. It was very easy. 3 buttons. I haven't even used the 3rd button yet. Plus, minus and "M". Pressing "Plus" turns it on and increases heart rate. "Minus" decreases. Definitely worth the price. At the same time I bought contacts as a replacement. Also in different sizes which seems too expensive to buy this item and additional pads! However, to make the purchase fully justified, buy additional pads of different sizes! If you don't, then obviously you are the biggest pain you have!
