Absolutely do this.
I just put these into my NA Miata and the difference is astonishing. The door rattle noise is virtually gone and the interior cabin is significantly more quiet and pleasant.When you install them leave the screws a bit loose and then tighten them when the door is closing with some slight resistance. You basically want the door to slightly lift on top of the bushings so it rests there without rattling.I wish I had done this simple mod ages ago! Highly recommended to do.
