This is my favorite flavor so far. In fact, I just bought a 2 pound tub from the Vitamin Shoppe. Tastes like Quik or strawberry milk! I use a blender ball to blend it evenly, but if it's messy all you have to do is blend a small amount with a fork until well blended, then add the rest of the liquid. Matrix and Syntrax Nectar are the only blends I can find that are low in calories, contain no soy (I'm allergic) and have almost twice the protein of other blends! I eat a high protein diet as directed by my doctor. After a year of recovery from a back injury that caused me to gain a lot of weight, I needed to make changes. My husband and I considered knee surgery but decided against it due to complications. I decided to make a big change when my doctor told me that my back pain would never go away and would only get worse if I didn't lose weight. No longer. My doctor told me that I need more protein for sure. After halving my meals to a reasonable portion and doubling my protein intake with Syntrax shakes, I lost 50 pounds in 6 months. This was on the recommendation of my doctor. It's not for everyone. Take-away powders are very convenient when traveling. You can also try whatever flavors you like and see if they suit you to try the larger sizes. I've seen videos on youtube and read on blogs that this is the most popular source of bariatric protein due to its low calorie content and taste. I love scents! Other shakes I looked at started out with 130 calories and just 14 grams of protein. No thank you! From now on I'll stick with the Syntrax and Matrix powder lines!
