Review on Megaflint Inline Fuel Pump: Efficient 12V Universal Electric Fuel πŸ”§ Pump for Gas Diesel E8012S HEP-02A – Low Pressure, 5-9 PSI by Antonio Bacon

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Worked for about 20 seconds.

I cut the nipples to match my fuel line, make sure sawdust doesn't get in (so I can't go back), added a regulator but only about 2 inches from the pump and then 20 inches to the carburetor Test starting the engine (assuming the pump is a significant distance from the fuel line to the fuel regulator, but I didn't). Run for about 20 seconds (power consumption) and phew, nothing started and I noticed that the pump was using very little power. So I connected it to a 12V power supply for about 5 minutes even after it died. Took it off, shook it, slapped it, slapped it in the direction of fuel flow. Nothing, and now it's not consuming power, checked, fuse is still ok, yes, still nothing. Connected directly to the battery, nothing. Maybe he hooked it up, killed it? Maybe you get what you pay for? Maybe this is an unfair rating? Bought a faucet for $160, hooked it up without a regulator, just lit it when I didn't expect it and now everything works fine :) The seller asked me to change my rating; I can't...edit my review, the review reflects your product. Saying anything else is a lie, it's not a fuse that needs to be replaced or something that can be fixed to get back on the road if your product fails, strands a customer and someone could die because of my lies . Yes, a $20.00 refund is appreciated. I would like to update this review to include returns only, but you have not refunded me as YOU suggested. I didn't ask for a refund, I got what I paid for.
