    Good choice for upgrading old equipment

    I bought an old Case/Davis Fleetline 30+4 trencher from the 80's which had a leaking mechanical fuel pump among other problems. Replacing with a new aftermarket part would cost at least $80. It was an easy install that solved my problem at a fraction of the cost. Works great and when something has more pressure than I need.

    Problem solved to my complete satisfaction

    Complete set. Installed with the included filter and an additional in-line filter at the inlet. Worked great for 12 hours. The device no longer has suction power. I flushed the pump in reverse order, removed all the filters on the low pressure side, and tried sucking the gasoline straight out of the gas cylinder. Still no luck. This is one of the rarest negative reviews. Would not recommend this device. I will try another brand. Update: The company has been very supportive of their product…

    Lasted about four hours

    Used in a passenger car as a low pressure lift pump to move fuel from cell to surge tank. Bought as a backup as we kill these things regularly. Most pumps last about three races. The old pump died Wednesday night while the car was being placed in the race trailer. I installed the pump and started the car. Did four workouts on Friday with this running pump, about 2 hours of work and not once has it run dry. The race started at 9am on Saturday - the pump went out at 10am on Saturday, had to be…

    When installing it worked fine. 3 months unused. Failed!

    I would not recommend this unless you intend to constantly replace it. I installed it on my dad's tractor and it worked. Now after 3 months it has failed. The tractor failed to start on the second attempt. 2nd time to use it. Now it's time to return for a refund. piece of trash. I saw that there were people who contacted the seller. I did and it took about 3-4 weeks for them to send me a replacement. I haven't installed it yet. I'm not sure if that will solve the problem, but we'll see? The…

    It could be a good product if I could just complete the install

    I think I would give this product 5 stars across the board if it wasn't for how it actually works Packaged, all parts required for installation, very satisfied with it. I'm going to use it for a few new uses and I'm installing it on a board to use as a fuel transfer pump (between containers). Also bought a 12 volt connector to power it, the whole kit was well put together. The pump worked right away in a quick dry test, so I installed it.     Worked for about 20 seconds.

    I cut the nipples to match my fuel line, make sure sawdust doesn't get in (so I can't go back), added a regulator but only about 2 inches from the pump and then 20 inches to the carburetor Test starting the engine (assuming the pump is a significant distance from the fuel line to the fuel regulator, but I didn't). Run for about 20 seconds (power consumption) and phew, nothing started and I noticed that the pump was using very little power. So I connected it to a 12V power supply for about 5…
