I think I would give this product 5 stars across the board if it wasn't for how it actually works Packaged, all parts required for installation, very satisfied with it. I'm going to use it for a few new uses and I'm installing it on a board to use as a fuel transfer pump (between containers). Also bought a 12 volt connector to power it, the whole kit was well put together. The pump worked right away in a quick dry test, so I installed it. The metal fuel filter didn't tighten when reassembling it just kept turning but was quite tight so I decided to hope for the best and add compound if needed. Of course I installed on the wrong end in a hurry so when I try to remove it I find that the fuel filter IS NOT AT THE THREADED END so it just twists around the threaded pipe and I can't remove it and I can't complete my installation to lock. .I'll leave it here. I will update if I get contact or follow up. I see the company is responding very quickly - I think I'll find out. The problem is that I have to use it TOMORROW, so I cut it off with a grinding wheel and put in another filter.
