Really cool class dice!

These appeared nice in the listing, so I gave it a go. The coloring is as I expected. Brown, white lettering (don’t be confused by my photos as the lettering appears light blue). The monk class symbols is the one found in D & D books, which is REALLY unique! And cool!I both DM and play. As a player, one set of dice and a herd of D6 is sufficient (unless a set behaves with crits in the wrong direction, and goes to dice jail and I need another set that is rolling better for the day), but as a DM I need multiple sets (I am up to 14 sets or so) for keeping track of multiple creatures in an encounter. My absolute favorite sets get set aside for me to use as a player. This set is getting use as a player set since one of the characters I play is a Drunken Master monk, so- wow, themed dice. Too awesome. Not much to review with dice, but I am managing to ramble on. Weighted and balanced, with numbers easy to read are the keys. This set hits weighted and balanced with ease, and lands a flurry of blows all over the readability category. The color is bleh brown but matches the photos on the listing, so as I expected. The monk fist symbol is a bit rough in a few of the die. The D4 is larger than normal, but I actually like it that way. All other sizes are normal and scale with the set. I noticed another review which found the D10s to be different sizes, but I did not find this (see photo). The D4 being larger makes for easier to see numbers, and rarely does the D4 get rolled with other dice, so not a problem. All the features I like, inspired by monastic traditions, to add to imagination on the campaign to become truly monkish (yeah, I just did that). 4 stars reluctantly due to one docked for the $15.99 price tag. At $16, I feel these should be slightly more refined with color choice or multiple colors, and close out this ridiculously long encounter on this dice review adventure.
