***NOT RENTER FRIENDLY***We followed the instructions for installation, but the adhesive wore off within two weeks. We followed the instructions for removal because of the slow tearing off the wall from only hanging one towel! It tore the wall down to the actual drywall. We reached out to receive a replacement after re-patching the wall (thinking it was our apartment's issue rather than this product). I received the replacement and it did the exact same thing. We are not even going to try to return it because it's unsalvagable at this point and we are really disappointed. Such a waste of money DO NOT BUY!
