Useful disposable grill pan
Great price for this box of disposable pans that are great for all types of grilled food: steaks, chops, hamburgers, fish. I use a little on most dishes so I can lift it out of the pan and flip and remove it when it's done. Placing it over a fire provides enough heat to fry, preventing most foods from flaring up due to melting fat. , and makes the fish skin crispy if you rub some oil on the skin. Most importantly, you're not putting food directly on a dirty grill with these pans!
