Caliper looks very good. It's not the best out there like the new ATE caliper. But it's really worth $175 if you want to upgrade your E36's brakes. I mean, a pair of coreless, half-loaded red 175 calipers is just a good way to go. The guide pins are good with silicon grease, the piston looks new but I'm not sure about that, although Powerstop says most have a brand new piston. Absolutely worth the money, especially if you get the caliper without pads, I can get a HAWK Street 5.0 for $85, and the grand total is $260 compared to the $280 for a mid-silent, fully loaded caliper. (Motherboard included) I'll install it later, probably around Christmas time.
