Review on 🔌 Arduino-Compatible Optocoupler Isolation Channel Trigger by Jose Strong

I needed a 12 volt driver, not a 5 volt driver, this seemed like a good replacement (red in photo) 5 volt board (blue in the photo), but the same Arduino sketch does not enable this board. All 4 relays are activated when Arduino is connected. To be clear, nothing happens without an input, and choosing Active High or Active Low works on the bench.
