Great taste, easy to dissolve and very satisfying. On a typical work day, this keeps me up all day. I don't have stomach problems, I'm losing weight. I'm 6 feet and weigh 198 pounds. Not overweight by any means, but I'd like to get down to 188 for optimal running and triathlon performance. The protein is vegetarian, which is very important to me as I have Crohn's disease and cannot consume whey protein. I mix it in a blender with almond milk, a good handful of spinach (which is tasteless), baby carrots, (also tasteless) frozen blueberries, bananas, and sometimes raw oatmeal. I can do 15-20 miles on my mountain bike (about 3 hours depending on the route) and 30-40 miles on a road bike before I need a boost. I have tried more expensive products and this is the best value for money. The only thing he's missing are the B-family vitamins, which I supplement with CVS Liquid Vitamin B12. I am a strong believer in liquid formulas as pills can often pass through your body without dissolving and are therefore useless and a waste of money. Please! A complete, nutritious meal. Can't beat the formula I just described. Act! Hope that helps. Contact me for more information.
