wrote that I received a defective block. I give 5 stars because the next day I received a new humidifier (non-functioning which came back with a Revain return label) and it was perfect! 4 stars for the product, extra star for customer service. As soon as I got the new humidifier, filled with water, plugged in and PERFECT. So much vapor for a small product and it looks very pretty. I'm considering getting another one for my home office. So satisfied after the first disappointment. THANK YOU SO MUCH ! Love it !
