I bought this to use as a projector. Looks good, appears to be of decent quality. However, a $7 Bluetooth speaker (pocket size) sounds better than this thing. Overall, it's definitely not loud enough. There's no clear highs or deep lows (not even just bass, just sound quality in general). All in all, it's no better than your regular Bluetooth speaker. I bought a regular sized speaker for $20 with two speakers and a longer one in the middle (assumed for bass). It sounds better than that. This unit has four 1 1/4 inch speakers, the speakers are smaller than a typical 6 x 2 x $.75 bay speaker. is the size, no difference in sound projection. It's just not worth it if you're looking for something decent. If you're just looking for something that "works," just go the cheaper route with a full-size Bluetooth speaker with exactly the same features for almost half the price. Unless you want to "impress" with your looks until no one hears about it. I would return it for a refund unless I missed my window on it. It's not worth the price.
