This repair kit was exactly what was needed as the metal case was still in good condition. Local hardware stores did not have pressure reducing valves larger than 1 inch, and contractors were charging $350 for the entire valve. This kit costs a little over $80. I would give five stars if 2 rubber link washers were included. and spring adjuster screw lock washer After replacing the internals of the original block, the pressure reducing valve worked properly.
