Review on Felt Letter Board 10X10 (Light Blue) 690 PRE-Cut Letters Cursive Upgraded Wooden Sorting Tray by Ronny Goodman

I was so excited and was so disappointed. Firstly everything arrived very dirty - like it had been opened in a warehouse for years. Secondly the quality was not as expected - starting with the accessories, because the feedback is fast: the scissors hardly work and I'm afraid of losing my finger because of the design of the tweezers, the wooden stand is not sanded and left me some splinters, the pre-cut letters are still on them the nubs that need to be cut off (good luck with the razor tweezers they call scissors) and they aren't sorted in any way so you'll spend hours sorting them (I might as well cut them off myself so I don't have the nubs) .framed securely with black felt, folds up.My husband managed to get it fixed for me to bring, but it always comes off. There is glue on the felt in one corner, it's visible and ugly, and the rows of letters are uneven (#youhadonejob). The frame was also sanded minimally giving me a few shards - not great quality as I use it to photograph my baby's milestones. I am very disappointed in this product.
