Raspberry Pi 4 fan case, Wi-Fi goofy pass through
This case has a mostly plastic body that helps boost the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth signal, comes with a fan and heatsink delivered, the power supply is really decent. I was easy to assemble, you need to connect the fan to GND and 3.3V or if you want more speed you can use the 5V pin.
