Review on 🚰 Moen 9000 Widespread Bathroom Sink Faucet: Advanced Rough-In Valve with M-PACT Technology and Drain Assembly by Karl Swift

We bought three of these no incentive to write this other than it's hard to find quality products and we rely on reviews and too many reviews are useless or just about the cost. About 14 months ago we installed the first shell of the Moen 9000 using the Moen Gibson T1642 fairing kit and everything went flawlessly. It was installed on site on a narrow granite sink in a very tight space, so we decided to do a rough install rather than a pre-assembled one. We were concerned about space, but it turned out that installing the Moen 9000 assembly was a lot easier than anything else we'd previously upgraded. Trim kits are so easy to install they look trivial. We were originally brought in to replace a leaking master bath faucet as the T6142 trim kit was very similar to the leaking faucet and was close to the guest bath faucets which were all present. when we bought the house, restored by the master in 1932. The faucets had been replaced about a month prior to purchase so they were practically brand new. The first guest faucet went out 9 months after buying the house so we unplugged the sink. Recently, the valves of other sinks have become "sloppy" and have started to leak. After removing and inspecting the existing valves, they turned out to be junk compared to the Moen system. Incidentally, the household guarantee would include a full replacement of the trash with a $65 deductible. We've been working pretty hard on this issue, but unfortunately even free or cheap junk is still junk. In any case, we recently decided to buy two more identical Moen Rough finish kits as this setup was much tighter, hardly room for one hand and again we needed it easy. In addition, however, these are the smoothest valves with the most accurate flow control with only 90 degrees of rotation that are durable and the most durable toilet faucets I've seen, including multi-million dollar homes. I don't write many reviews, this is a well designed quality product. Makes me smile when I turn on the faucet, who knew I was a faucet fanatic.
