UPDATE: After contacting Bulletproof Manufacturing they provided an updated fitting kit that matches their warranty. They included a handwritten personal note apologizing for the inconvenience. It was greatly appreciated. The updated phone clip is much stronger. Slightly thicker material, nicer aesthetics and the spring-loaded pins are screwed in instead of pressed in! I tightened the wing nuts that hold the ball joints in place. The extension doors don't move at all. This is a fantastic solution for installing a phone in a Jeep JL. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This product looks strong, beautiful and durable at first glance. That's about half the price of a "digital" competitor. However, after a month of use, the collar fell apart. The pins are pushed in and fall out after a while. I tried to put the pen back in, but it kept popping out. Each time the pin weakens and comes out easier. Note that the spring on this pen is constantly cocked. The last time the pin popped out, the nib flew out and is now lost. I went to the manufacturer's website. Their warranty page said I had to fill out a form. But there was no link to the form. It just says "click here" and there is no hyperlink to click on. I then wrote to her via her contact email address. A week passed and no reply.
