I love how easy it is to use, you don't need any training at all! The layout of each page makes finding what your looking straight away very simple & quick - there are so many features that make this ideal if running daycare centres or home care services too!! You can even connect with other parents in similar business situations (parents who have children attending different schools) which has helped me out loads as we share information about school holidays etc., plus they've organised some great parent events here locally where i live near my area- its amazing support from them when things get tough :) sometimes though their customer service could be quicker but thats just being picky haha not really anything bad actually :).

We're using family now mostly during our working hours while both sets work together doing afterschool/nightclubs activities like swimming lessons ect..
