I like that it has features for all my employees, such as time sheets etc where i can manage them from one place instead of having multiple accounts open at different times or locations. The best thing about this software is that it has been developed from scratch, as such we were able to tailor our requirements very specifically for what we wanted. I would never recommend this product to anyone. Their customer support is appalling, and even worse, the developers themselves seem to be unable to do much about any of these issues. In fact, their technical support team actually told me that they couldn't help me because "the issue was with the database" (they didn't bother telling me which database).
