They are so cute and comfy. We specifically wanted plugs with USB ports. When there are 4 people in the house (2 adults and 2 teenagers) there is a lot of electronics to charge. These do their job perfectly. However, I was surprised that only one plug fits into the outlet; The other part is just plastic that goes in the bottom hole for stability. We simply assumed that the top 3 plugs would be powered from the top plug in the socket and the bottom 3 and the USB ports would be powered from the bottom socket. Since it doesn't, it didn't work in the outlet we intended to use it for (a bottom outlet outlet controlled by a switch). We used to plug it into a different socket and are very satisfied!
