So I opened the package, installed them directly on my two chargers, and in about 45-60 minutes they were both fully charged. These fit exactly as the OEM batteries and there were ZERO issues either charging or using them. Used them on my Dewalt hammer drill and they just worked. For approximately $50 you get TWO 5.0Ah batteries! This is 1/2 to 1/3 the price at your local big box store.
