Review on uVernal by Alex Rea

The variety of gourmet foods, drinks, and teas at uVernal looked promising, but I was ultimately disappointed. The quality of the goods was excellent, but the service was subpar. There wasn't the kind of friendly service one would hope for at a specialized grocery store, and the employees didn't seem to want to help out or make any suggestions. Moreover, the prices were extremely high, making it hard for the average consumer to rationalize buying. The web store's clumsy interface and slow shipping times were also a letdown. Although there was a wide variety of products to choose from, shopping on the website was a tedious and unpleasant experience. Overall, uVernal's product assortment may be impressive, but the store's lackluster customer service and high prices make it hard to suggest.
