I can't say anything about Honda OEM.

I examined it carefully before purchasing this mirror and it looks and works the same as the original mirror on the other side of the car. Installation is very easy after removing the inner door panel. Plugged it straight into the existing wiring and bolted it to the car like the old one. Good product at 1/10 the price of an original Honda.
