Bad chord Computers and accessories

The chord may have been defective. I charged my Lenovo Yoga 11 and it charged it 100%. I thought it helped but it didn't work. Apparently I took Lenovo to repair shops in an area I trusted and the end result was that the Lenovo's battery was bad and when he used the charging cable that Revain ordered it turned off the laptop. I repaired the battery and ordered another chord, now it works.
