Not that quiet and it can whistle
Okay as it's near water one problem is that it doesn't have a CE mark from Europe indicating it's safe. It has a symbol that looks almost like the Euro CE but means Chinese export. So much for safety. The device actually has four independent pumps, each connected to a line. It's relatively quiet at top speed, but as it slows down it starts to emit a high-pitched whistle. It seems to run fine at full throttle with all four pump outputs.
